The Real Estate Game Where You Guess House Prices
CribGuessr is a real estate game built on one simple hook: look at a real listing and guess what it is worth. Real photos, real homes for sale, and a score that tells you exactly how good your instincts are.
How the game works
Each round you see a real for-sale listing — the photos, beds, baths, square footage and location — and you guess the asking price. Every round is worth up to 1,000 points, scored on how close your guess lands. There are no addresses and no spoilers; it is just you against the market.
Four ways to play
Daily Challenge: five listings a day, the same for everyone, with streaks and a global leaderboard. The daily challenge is free.
Solo Play: pick your timer and narrow the pool to one state, or try harder modes. Survival: one running clock — great guesses buy you time, bad ones cost you. Multiplayer: a private room for up to 10 players guessing the same homes in real time.
Who it is for
Anyone who browses listings for fun, first-time buyers sizing up a market, agents who want to show off, and friends who like settling arguments with a scoreboard. You will be surprised how quickly you get better at reading a home’s value — and how satisfying it is to land a guess within a few thousand dollars.
